At Groundya™, we care about clarity, fairness, and emotional safety — while also protecting the structure of our digital system.

This Refund Policy explains how purchases, access, and returns are handled across our products.

We kindly ask you to read it carefully before purchasing.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (NON-REFUNDABLE)

All digital products are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

This includes:

  • digital programs
  • online access-based systems
  • platform-based content (including Circle or similar environments)
  • educational materials provided inside the program
  • access instructions delivered via email or PDF

For the Groundya™ Skin Comfort System, the purchased product is a digital access-based program delivered through an online platform (program.groundya.com).

1.1 Instant Access = Deemed Delivery

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

  • you will receive immediate access to digital content
  • your purchase includes access instructions (via email and/or PDF)
  • the product is considered delivered once access instructions are sent or made available
  • you waive any right to withdrawal where applicable (including EU/UK 14-day withdrawal rights)

Delivery occurs when access is provided — not when you choose to use it.

1.2 Access Delivery (PDF + Platform)

After purchase, you will receive:

  • a PDF file or email containing instructions
  • a link to access the Groundya™ program platform (program.groundya.com)

The PDF is an access tool, not the core product. The core product is the digital program and content accessible through the platform.

1.3 Email Delivery Issues

If you enter an incorrect email address or do not locate the email (e.g. spam folder), this does not qualify for a refund.

We will re-send access instructions — but refunds are not available once delivery has occurred.

1.4 28-Day Program — Time to Join

You must create your program account within 72 hours of purchase.

After this time:

  • access may require manual reactivation by contacting support
  • your purchase is considered fully delivered
  • no refunds, credits, or compensation apply

This applies even if:

  • you choose not to join
  • you delay account creation
  • you attempt to join after the access window

2. PHYSICAL COMPONENTS (TOOLS)

The Groundya™ Skin Comfort System may include physical components, such as:

  • stainless steel cooling tool
  • reusable silicone hydration mask
  • microfiber spa headband

These tools are simple wellness accessories designed to support the rituals included in the program. They are shipped separately from digital content.

2.1 Returns

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from the purchase of physical goods within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, this right may not apply to items that have been opened, used, or come into contact with skin.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items (Safety)

The following are not eligible for return:

  • skincare tools
  • items that come into contact with skin
  • opened or used products
  • items exposed to moisture, oils, or ingredients

2.3 Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Groundya™ is not responsible for:

  • incorrect shipping details
  • packages delivered to the provided address
  • theft after confirmed delivery

3. PROGRAM ACCESS & COMMUNITY

3.1 Platform Access

The Groundya™ program is delivered via an external platform (program.groundya.com).

Access requires:

  • account creation
  • use of the same email as checkout

Failure to activate access within the required timeframe does not create refund eligibility.

3.2 Community Access (Optional)

If a community space is included:

  • it is optional
  • it has no monetary value
  • it is not a purchased product

Groundya™ may modify or remove community features at any time without refund obligations.

3.3 Access Duration

Groundya™ does not guarantee lifetime access.

Access may be:

  • limited in duration
  • modified
  • or discontinued

without creating refund eligibility, except where required by law.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

4.1 Digital Products

Digital products cannot be cancelled once access is delivered.

4.2 Physical Components

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your physical item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with:

  • order number
  • photos of damage
  • photos of packaging

Approved cases may receive replacement or refund.

6. CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • access suspension
  • account restriction
  • loss of access
  • recovery actions where permitted

7. CURRENCY & FEES

Refunds (if legally required) are processed to the original payment method. Groundya™ is not responsible for currency differences or bank fees.

8. COUNTRY-SPECIFIC RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy removes your legal rights under applicable laws.

9. BINDING ARBITRATION (U.S. CUSTOMERS)

U.S. customers agree to individual arbitration under AAA rules. No class actions.
