At Groundya™, we deliver each order with clarity and care — whether it is digital access provided instantly or physical components shipped to your address.
This policy explains how the Groundya™ Skin Comfort System is delivered.
1. OVERVIEW
The Groundya™ Skin Comfort System is sold as one combined product.
It includes:digital access to the program delivered via program.groundya.com
physical components (tools) shipped separately
Digital access and physical components are fulfilled separately but together form one complete system.
This policy works together with:

2. DIGITAL DELIVERY
2.1 Nature of the Digital Product
The Groundya™ Skin Comfort System includes a digital, access-based program.
The product provides:
- access to program.groundya.com
- guided rituals and educational content within the platform
- access instructions delivered via email or PDF
The PDF serves only as an access tool and is not the core product.
2.2 Delivery Timing
Digital access is provided immediately after successful payment.
After purchase:
- you receive access instructions via email (and/or PDF)
- you receive a link to program.groundya.com
- access may be activated within minutes
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your email provider.
2.3 Delivery Completion
The product is considered delivered when:
- access instructions are sent
- and access to the platform is made available
Delivery does not depend on whether you activate or use the system.
2.4 Access Activation Requirement
To access the program:
- you must create an account using the same email as checkout
- you must activate access within 72 hours of purchase
If access is not activated within this timeframe:
- access may be delayed or require manual reactivation by contacting support
- the product is considered fully delivered
- no refunds or compensation apply
2.5 Access Duration
Access to the program is provided for at least 28 days from activation.
Groundya™ does not guarantee lifetime access. Access may be modified, limited, or discontinued after the minimum period without creating refund rights, except where required by law.
2.6 Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your access email:
- check spam or promotions folders
- verify your email address
- contact support
We will resend access instructions.
2.7 Technical Requirements
To access the program, you may need:
- internet connection
- a phone, tablet, or computer
- a modern web browser
Groundya™ is not responsible for device compatibility issues.
3. SHIPPING OF PHYSICAL COMPONENTS
Physical components are part of the Groundya™ Skin Comfort System and are shipped separately from digital access.
3.1 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
3.2 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:
- United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Asia: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- carrier delays
- customs processing
- local logistics conditions
3.3 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- destination
- package size
- shipping method
3.4 Customs & Duties
For international orders, additional fees may apply:

These are the responsibility of the customer.
3.5 Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
Groundya™ is not responsible for:
- incorrect or incomplete addresses
- delivery failures due to address errors
- returned shipments caused by incorrect details
3.6 Tracking
Where available, you will receive:
- a shipping confirmation email
- a tracking link
Tracking availability depends on the carrier.
3.7 Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment appears delayed or lost:
- contact the carrier first
- then contact support@groundya.com
We will assist where possible.
Groundya™ is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
3.8 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the physical components are delivered to the provided shipping address.
3.9 Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with:
- order number
- photos of the item
- photos of packaging
Approved claims may result in replacement or refund.
